The Phyllis Tilley Memorial Bridge construction recently reached a milestone when its main span steel arches were put into place over the Trinity River. Completion is expected to occur by end of August 2012. The City of Fort Worth and the non for profit local organization Streams and Valleys, a partial project financial sponsor, will celebrate its opening to the public with several citywide events.
